Title of the project: Effect of Irradiation on Shelf Life, Carbohydrate Profile and Glycemic Properties of Parboiled Indian Brown Rice Varieties
Tenure of the project: 1 years 9 months.
Essential qualification: First class M.Sc in Food Science and Nutrition / Food Technology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology or B.Tech in Food Technology or equivalent qualification.
Desirable: Experience with Food Quality Analysis
Emoluments: Rs 25,000/- p.m. (consolidated, plus HRA as applicable)
